I-Tim-Pad is a dessert that originated in Thailand (Ferrier). It was invented in 2009 (Rollzicecream). The name translates to stir-fried ice cream due to the way it is made, and is also known as rolled ice cream.
I-Tim-Pad is made with the use of a -30c metal plate. Heavy cream is then poured unto the plate and the desired ingredients are added and crushed and mixed in using two spatulas. It is then spread evenly onto the plate before being rolled using the spatulas (Ferrier).
